The website is easy enough to navigate and purchase items. And the option to notify when an "out of stock item becomes available" is good. Even though I chose the non-tracking delivery option, it took about 8 working days and the not knowing with no notifications is an issue. Especially when the "review your products" email arrives before the products. Packaging was fine but could be better. The bigger companies' attention to detail on packageing becomes more noticable here.
Thick oily product with no scent. White in colour and a little goes a long way. Comes in a squeezable bottle.
Decent lube. More on the watery side but is what I expected. The scent is there but not as strong as I would like. Does have more of an artifical scent.
